Services and accommodation policies
The accommodation service at Hotel Boutique Cerro la Cruz is designed to provide comfort, security, and a cozy experience during your stay in Punta Arenas. We offer single rooms as well as rooms with capacity for up to 4 people, ideal for solo travelers, couples, families, or groups.
For added convenience and security, each guest receives a personal access code for both the main entrance of the hotel and their room, ensuring a safer, more independent, and peaceful stay.
Every room includes bed linen, a private bathroom, independent heating, bath towels, and a hairdryer, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay.
The service also includes a buffet breakfast featuring: fresh bread and toast, butter and jams, cheese and ham, yogurt and cereals, coffee, tea, and milk, as well as juices and water, Breakfast Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, while check-out is until 10:30 AM.
Prohibitions & Hotel Policies
Prohibited Actions and Rules:
No Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed. Feeding local wildlife or stray animals in common areas, terraces, or entrances is forbidden.
No Smoking: Smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes/vapes, and pipes) is strictly prohibited in all rooms and throughout all hotel facilities.
Substance Policy: The consumption of illicit substances or drugs, as well as the misuse of controlled medications, is forbidden anywhere on the premises.
No Parties: Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are not permitted in rooms or common areas.
Quiet Hours & Noise: The use of speakers, sound systems, or high-volume televisions is prohibited in both rooms and common areas.
Unregistered Guests: Nighttime visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed in the rooms.
High-Power Electrical Appliances: The use of high-power electrical appliances or devices posing a fire hazard is forbidden.
Hanging Laundry: Hanging clothes or towels on balconies, windows, or the building's facade is strictly prohibited.
Weapons & Hazardous Materials: Carrying or bringing firearms, bladed weapons, explosives, or flammable materials onto the hotel grounds is strictly forbidden.
Subleasing: Reselling or subleasing the room to third parties is not allowed.
Hotel Amenities: Removing towels, pillows, blankets, or hairdryers from the rooms is strictly prohibited.
No Cooking: Cooking or preparing food in rooms or any other hotel facilities is strictly forbidden.
